All Sessions are confidential. If you need to reschedule an appointment , I need 48 hours notice and a reschedule appointment may be booked by you on my website. If you decide to cancel your appointment and would like a full refund, I also need 48 hours notice. Please be aware that rescheduling will push out your appointment within 2-3 months as I am now booking sessions 2-3 months in advanced. Refunds will be only given if cancelation is within the time frame stated above or in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will not be given if you miss your appointment or your session has already started. If you miss an appointment and would like to have that appointment again, you will have to book a new appointment and provide payment for said new appointment. Any pre-booked appointments/packages are your responsibility to book, unless stated otherwise. Please note that any psychic/medium or any reading I provide are not to be taken in place of medical/mental health advice by a licensed practitioner. Readings can provide insight but outcomes are always subject to change based on choices/decisions/paths that are taken.
